I knew I would end up having to make this huge rant so that any douche people making rude comments would throughly understand as to why I started this blog and would shut their mouths. You see the beauty industry is the number one growing industry in the world and grosses like $160 billion dollars per year. Well a lot of this money comes from bought makeup products from expensive makeup venders such as Lorac, Anastasia Beverly Hills, Too Faced, Benefit and etc. Well the woman out their buying all these products didn't just wake up and figure to go buy them randomly. They had to have heard about these products from someone somewhere. That's where a beauty blogger comes in. You see beauty bloggers get paid to make YouTube videos and post what they use. That's like their career. And on top of it all they get sent boat loads of the newest products just to try them out and talk about them. Beauty bloggers get paid through monthly amounts through YouTube. Based on your subscribers and followers you can make any where from $54,000 to $10,000 a month just from talking about products... Like come on. And beauty bloggers are more likely to get asked for modeling and a lot of them often begin their own make up lines and products. Now do you understand where I'm getting with this. It all depends on followers and how well you promote yourself. You can't just wake up one day and have 10 million followers and be making a whole bunch of money. Everyone has to start somewhere. And that's what I'm doing. If you have a problem with me trying to reach towards my goals and dreams then just keep your mouth shut. I mean I started this 5 days ago and already have about 550 views. That's quite good if you ask me. Even if you're hating you're giving me views 😉 what's the point in putting someone else down who is trying to make something big out of themselves? But it doesn't bother me. To anyone out there really working hard and still believing in their dreams do you and don't worry about anyone else. Those people won't matter when you are doing what you love and making money. Pursue what you want and what you love so you can always be happy. 💖
hiii loves! I got asked to post some good mascara recommendations and since mascara is by far my most favorite makeup product I know quite a few! I've tried dozenssss of different mascaras and I've narrowed it down to my top 5. These 5 are by far my favorite and a few of them are holy grails items I won't ever be able to live without! So here you are babes. #5: Benefit Roller Lash- okay so if you love makeup you have already heard of the mascara once or twice before and I'm here to witness to you that it is amazing. This mascara has a special brush formulated just for curling your lashes. Being a more expensive mascara it also carries vitamins that are going to help your lashes stay healthy and grow! This mascara never feels clumpy or like it is weighing your eyelashes down. I prefer this mascara to girls who need extra length and curl. This mascara doesn't make your eyelashes thicker but really helps with the length! I found mine at Ulta for $25 #4: Super Stretch Mascara by Ulta- I was given this mascara from grandma because she gets so many she has no clue what to do with them lol. The first time I tried this mascara I feel in loveeee. There are built in fibers in this mascara that thicken your lashes beyond belief. You can get this at Ulta for $10 #3: Lorac Pro +Fiber Mascara- so I got this mascara as a sample when I bought a eyeshadow palette and it is amazing. It's similar to the Super Stretch mascara but it's Lorac so it's automatically better 😉 the fibers in this mascara really help with the thickness of your eyelashes. You can get it at Ulta for $20 #2: Voluptuous Volume Mascara- I can't really remember where this mascara came from but I swear it was heaven. This mascara just creates flawless lashes. It helps them gain thickness but also length without getting clumpy. You can get this at Ulta for $10 #1: Lashblast Covergirl Mascara- there is so much to say about this mascara but I don't have time to write it all out. But the consistency and brush on this mascara was created by gods. It never clumps and honestly always creates that perfect balance between too over done mascara and no mascara at all. It creates a natural look that is unbelievable. I pair this mascara with any other mascara and it works well with everything! I sometimes even use it to brush through my lashes if they get clumpy from other mascaras. You can get this mascara at drug stores, grocery stores and Ulta. It is around $8 to $9. Ok so I thought that it was a necessity to share with you guys my trick behind growing my eyelashes longer and thicker and the same with my eyebrows. The trick behind it all is Vaseline. Every night I put Vaseline in my eyebrows and eyelashes. I just take a decent amount to a Q-tip and run that through my eyelashes and my eyebrows. I read an article saying the Vaseline would help with growth of eyelashes and eyebrows about six months ago and I did every so often for about three months until about two months ago I started picking back up on this and the difference has been all the more noticeable! I also take a Biotin supplement twice a day! Biotin is intended for hair and nail growth. You can find both at a grocery store or drug store for about $5 each! Okay so the other day I was browsing Ulta and came across these beautiful eyeshadows. I had to have them. These shadows are really amazing for creating neutral eye looks and they go with anything! I have other Lorac Eyeshadow Palettes and they are all amazing. The eye shadows go on easy and blend well! I got this at Ulta for $28! 😇 Swatches: top to bottom - jet black - burgundy - pink mauve - linen -chocolate - corduroy - latte - bare Okay so I thought it would only make sense to dedicate my very first blog post to the #1 product in my whole beauty career... The Beauty Blender! A beauty blender is a sponge type ball that blends and perfects every makeup look! My favorite uses of the beauty blender are to blend out foundation and concealers. With foundation I just dot the foundation all over my face then pounce the beauty blender back and fourth until my foundation is evenly blended! Same goes for conclear. The most important thing to realize is that you must use your beauty blender damp! Before using it squeeze it a couple times under water and watch in amazement as your beauty blender will grow in size! The brand of beauty blender I use is "The Orginal Beauty Blender". I found mine at Sephora for $19.95! You can also purchase them off the Orginal Beauty Blender website, http://www.beautyblender.com/shop/category/sponges.html. You can find much cheaper beauty blenders at common drugstores like Walgreens, and CVS. But I have used these kinds before and after I made the more expensive switch to The Orginal Beauty Blender the difference is very noticeable!
